Overview of the role
We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our Buses & Trucks sales business in Riyadh. This role is responsible for delivering sales volume, revenue, and gross margin targets while shaping forecasting, stock planning, and sales performance across the operation. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving growth, leading a high-performing team, and ensuring strong alignment with business objectives in KSA.
What you will do
• Lead the Buses & Trucks sales function to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for volume, revenue, and gross margin.
• Set sales objectives by model and branch in partnership with Planning and Analysis teams.
• Build and manage accurate weekly sales and margin forecasts for senior leadership reporting.
• Monitor sales performance daily, weekly, and monthly, taking timely action to keep plans on track.
• Work closely with internal teams to maximise stock availability and drive effective sales campaigns for overage stock.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting to provide clear insight into market performance and sales trends.
• Coach, lead, and motivate the sales team to deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
Required skills to be successful
• A degree in any discipline, preferably Engineering or Management.
• At least 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in trucks and buses.
• A minimum of 5 years in a managerial sales leadership role.
• Strong experience in the KSA market.
About the team
You will be part of the Buses & Trucks team in Riyadh, reporting to the Country Manager – FAMCO KSA and leading a team of sales professionals focused on delivering commercial success. The role works closely with Planning and Analysis, finance, and retail partners to ensure sales strategies are data-driven, operationally aligned, and positioned for sustainable growth.
