We are looking for a high-performing, experienced B2B Sales Manager with a strong commercial mindset, confidence, and the ability to generate, develop, and close large-volume opportunities across the UAE market.
Here-O is a premium bakery, pastry, dessert, and coffee brand and factory, supplying high-quality products to hospitals, corporate offices, restaurants, cafés, hotels, airports, catering companies, retail groups, and other commercial clients across the UAE.
The ideal candidate must be target-driven, commercially proactive, confident in approaching decision-makers, and capable of managing the full B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing, account management, reporting, and long-term client growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients across HORECA, corporate offices, hospitals, airports, catering companies, retail groups, and institutional accounts
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Here-O’s presence across the UAE
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified commercial leads
• Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring long-term relationships, repeat business, and client satisfaction
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, supply agreements, bulk orders, private label opportunities, and customized commercial arrangements
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, including custom flavors, branded orders, seasonal products, private label, and bulk supply agreements
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery, product quality, and smooth client servicing
• Maintain accurate sales records, client activity, pipeline updates, and performance tracking using CRM systems
• Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, client feedback, market insights, and performance updates to management
• Work in alignment with management direction, company strategy, pricing policies, and operational procedures
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing strategies, client needs, and market trends in the UAE bakery, dessert, coffee, FMCG, and food service sectors
• Provide feedback to management regarding product innovation, market demand, client requirements, and new commercial opportunities
• Represent Here-O professionally in client meetings, trade shows, industry events, and commercial presentations
• Actively identify new opportunities, strategic partnerships, and large-volume supply channels beyond traditional sales routes
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of proven B2B sales experience
• Experience in FMCG, bakery, dessert, coffee, food service, HORECA, retail, or distribution sectors
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must
• Strong network within UAE HORECA, retail, hospitality, corporate, catering, or distribution sectors
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong client relationship management and account management experience
• Ability to work with CRM systems, sales reports, pipeline tracking, and structured follow-up processes
• UAE market knowledge and understanding of commercial supply environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in bakery, dessert, pastry, coffee chain, FMCG, or food production businesses
• Experience with private label, bulk supply, corporate gifting, or large-volume commercial agreements
• Familiarity with major UAE retail chains, hospitality groups, cafés, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, airports, and corporate procurement structures
• Existing relationships with decision-makers in the UAE B2B food and hospitality market
